His research interests are in the areas of organization capabilities, strategic decision making, strategy implementation, management consulting, and strategic innovation. Professor Sunil Sharma has earned a Fellow (Ph.D) in Business Policy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from UP Technical University.

Professor Arvind Sahay
Arvind Sahay is Professor of Marketing and International Business, Professor MN Vora Chair in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Head, India Gold Policy Centre at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Professor Sahay’s areas of interest include marketing strategy, pricing, high tech marketing, international trade and investment, strategic management, brand management, neuroscience, consumer behaviour and decision making, valuation, Doing Business in India and sales and distribution management.
In addition to being an outstanding teacher, researcher and consultant with extensive experience in industry as a manager and as a consultant and corporate trainer, Professor Sahay have held leadership positions in academia as Dean (Alumni & External Relations) (2013-16) and Chairperson (PGPX) (2007-09). Also he is appointed as Head, India Gold Policy Centre at IIMA from March 2016. Starting October 2016, Professor Sahay is also the Chair, Asia Pacific Region of Partnership in Management (PIM), a consortium of 63 top business schools from around the world. Recently he is also appointed as the Professor MN Vora Chair in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.Professor Arvind Sahay has earned Ph.D in Marketing Strategy & International Business from The University of Texas at Austin, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He has been a visiting faculty at the Mason School of at the College of William and Mary (USA), University of Texas at Austin (USA), IIM Lucknow, Asian Institute of Technology, (Vietnam), Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria (South Africa), SP Jain Institute of Management Research (Singapore, Dubai), Retail Alliance (Dubai) and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
