Mastering business model design and improvement
Exploiting Italian Heritage into Innovative Business Model
Through the International Program we would like to emphasize business model innovation by focusing on the specific characteristic of worldwide known companies, with a special reference to those that are established in the Emilia-Romagna.
During the weekly program we will present specific issues of effective business model design, assessment and execution. A selected group of academic professors, top managers, entrepreneurs will be involved in the program in order to provide a unique experience for our incoming participants.
The Experience
The experience helped me engage with fellow students to network and also gain insights into Italy’s culture and business landscape. The people connect was excellent. My only concern was the lack of novelty in the academic content of classroom lectures.
It was a wonderful experience to be able to interact with people from different countries from morning to night for a week in a wonderful environment where I could feel the history of Italy.
I am grateful to all of my colleagues, and everyone involved in organizing this program. Thank you.

The experience has enhanced my understanding of business models from international perspective. Until now I was well versed with Business models of India and US. Getting an Italian exposure has helped me in understanding of European landscape.
Italian business community is more communal and less individualistic than US.
