Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The Lucas Graduate School of Business at SJSU is situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, which is globally recognized as a hub for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This strategic location provides students with unique opportunities to immerse themselves in a vibrant ecosystem that fosters innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
During the week in San Jose, we will explore the history and culture of Silicon Valley in developing the area for such a centre for innovation. We will discuss various go-to-market strategies and growth strategies companies can focus on. We will also learn about the latest technological trends that matter most for companies. Finally, we will discover the role of leading people in fostering the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Experience
We got immersed in the Silicon Valley area and learned about the ecosystem. We met VCs and entrepreneurs.
I was able to see Silicon Valley culture firsthand and it was great to understand it and live it.
An interesting program that follows Tech trends that opens my thinking and broadens my horizons.
Company visits gave me a great sense and tense what are happening in Silicon Valley!
