Keio Business School is the oldest established specialist centre for management education and research in Japan. It was founded in 1962 as a department within the university and has been known ever since as KBS (Keio Business School, its official name being Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University). In 1978 KBS launched the first MBA program in Japan and today offers Executive MBA, PhD and short-term open-enrolment seminar programs.
The Executive MBA (EMBA) Program was established in 2015. This program is designed for those who seek to hone their management skills while continuing to work in their current professions.
